Title: Sr. Information Technology Analyst 

 

Job Description: Conduct testing to ensure that IT systems work as expected. Identify bugs and inefficiencies within existing systems and develop patches and fixes. Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so that management can decide if IT systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile. Research emerging technologies to decide if installing them can increase the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness. Work with team members to build and implement IT systems for the organization. Perform routine maintenance on software and hardware that compose existing systems. Develop processes related to software and hardware asset management. Train the systems’ end users and write instruction manuals. Ensure the proper documentation of all operations activities related to supporting compliance mandates, including PCI (patching), data privacy, and cyber-security. ****Work is at Employer’s headquarter office located at 408 Eagle Street South Haven MI 49090 with no travel involved.

 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field (foreign educational equivalent is acceptable) plus 2 years of experience in occupations related to Information Systems Analysis. Must have 2 years of experience with: working with MS Windows operating systems and MS Exchange; installing computer systems applications and maintaining system software; working with an active database environment; working with either Java, C++, or C#; working with AWS e-commerce platform; working with a scripting language such as Java Script, Perl, PHP, or Python; working with business analytics tools such as google analytics, SQL, or Oracle.
