We want to see the memories that made your stay unforgettable! Show us the fun you had in South Haven — at your rental home, the beach, favorite restaurants, festivals, fireworks, and everywhere in between.
Categories & Prizes

Photo Contest: 1st Place – $500 credit toward your next year’s rental, 2nd Place – $250 credit, 3rd Place – $100 credit.

Video Contest: 1st Place – $500 credit toward your next year’s rental, 2nd Place – $250 credit, 3rd Place – $100 credit.

Honorable Mentions: Select entries will be featured and credited.
All winning and honorable mention submissions will include credit to the guest and the home they stayed in.
Submission Guidelines

Theme: Photos and videos should capture the fun, joy, and experiences of your South Haven vacation.

Content Requirements: All submissions must be family-friendly. Any inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe content will be disqualified.

Formats:

Photos must be submitted as .jpg or .png files.

Videos must be submitted as .mp4 files.

Deadline: October 1, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.

Eligibility: Only guests who have stayed at a Shores Vacation Rentals property within the past 12 months are eligible to enter.

Ownership & Rights: By submitting, you confirm you have the legal right to share the content and grant Shores Vacation Rentals permission to use it for marketing purposes (see full release statement).

Judging: Entries will be judged by the Shores Vacation Rentals team based on creativity, storytelling, and capturing the South Haven experience.
How to Submit
Please send your entries to reservations@shoresofsouthhaven.com with your name, contact information, and the property where you stayed.

By submitting any photo(s) or video(s) (“Content”) to Shores Vacation Rentals, you represent and warrant that:

You are the creator and/or lawful owner of the Content, and you have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents from any individuals, voices, or property depicted in the Content.

You grant Shores Vacation Rentals a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the Content, in whole or in part, for any marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes, in any media now known or later developed.

You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or its use.

You release Shores Vacation Rentals, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, demands, or liability related to the use of the Content.
By submitting, you acknowledge that you have full legal authority to grant this permission.
